Stick with It

Sometimes I have a flare and want to save my poor swollen hands for work. Since I always write on July 4th, check back then for a full post!

In the meantime, if anyone needs any encouragement this week:

If my squishy can stick to the ceiling for a full 15 seconds through sheer grit (and apparent magic) after I threw it up there (no adhesive I swear!), then hopefully my readers can similarly stick with it through flares, rough mental health days or anything else that will be thrown at them this week.

Gentle hugs,

  1. That’s one tough squishy hanging in there, I want to get one of these to try it now too! I remember having something like that when I was a kid. It’s going on my shopping list 😂
Sounds like a good idea to save your poor hands. Sending hugs your way, flares are not fun at all.  ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
    Caz xx

  2. Same. Absolutely same. I’m so sorry you’re going through it too. I’m of the opinion that high AND low barometric pressure play a huge part in that pain, but on days like today where the pressure is normal, I have no clue. But, my arms definitely feel like someone took them off, beat me with them and put them back on. I sincerely hope that your pain decreases or goes away completely. Thank you for writing so openly and letting us in. Support and love to you.
